These elements may include paint selections, wall & window treatments, tile & countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and thoughtfully chosen accessories. We can also incorporate built-in cabinetry drawings if you have existing architectural drawings to work from.

After purchasing your e-design package, you’ll complete a needs and wants form (provided by KMI) to share your priorities for the space. Not quite sure what your vision is yet? No problem—that’s where we come in. Simply note that on the form, and our team will develop tailored recommendations to help bring clarity and cohesion to your living room design.

This package includes one round of revisions. If additional revisions are required, time will be billed at the rate of $185/hour.
